【1月住户部门贷款增加 专家:监管层将加强逆周期调节】

近期,中国人民银行发布的金融统计数据报告显示,1月份金融机构人民币贷款新增3.23万亿元,创单月历史新高,同比多增3284亿元。分部门看,1月份,住户部门贷款增加9898亿元,其中,短期贷款增加2930亿元,中长期贷款增加6969亿元;非金融企业及机关团体贷款增加2.58万亿元,其中,短期贷款增加5919亿元,中长期贷款增加1.4万亿元,票据融资增加5160亿元;非银行业金融机构贷款减少3386亿元。

【专家:房地产有最后一波增量红利 “房住不炒”是底线】

近日,专家指出,因城镇化进程带来的区域人口变动将使得中国房地产有最后一波增量红利,同时“房住不炒”将是未来很长一段时间内的政策底线。进一步解释称,城镇化率翻译过来,2018至2030年对应的城镇人口增量超过1.9亿人。2亿左右的新增城镇常住人口是一个巨大的增量市场。可以说,2019至2030年的10年时间对于房地产而言是一个关键时段,也是中国城镇化的最后一波房地产增量红利。

【富力预期去年利润将同比减约六成 因收购收益减少】

2月17日,广州富力地产股份有限公司公告称,预期2018年利润将录得减少。据了解,富力地产预计截至2018年12月31日止年度合并利润,将较截至2017年12月31日止年度录得减少约60%。富力地产表示,利润减少主要因为,集团于2017年收购酒店资产带来大额的非经常性议价收购收益,而2018年此类非经常性交易相对较少。

【融信中国拟发行3.92亿美元新票据以交换旧票据】

2月18日早间,融信中国控股有限公司发布有关于未偿付优先票据交换要约及有关2021年到期的8.25%优先票据的同意征求的结果,以及宣布同时发行新票据。据悉,此前融信中国发布公告,宣布对于2021年到期的8.25%优先票据中未偿付的票据提出交换要约,将以任何及全部未偿付旧票据交换新票据,该笔旧票据总金额约为8亿美元,且新票据最低年利率为11.25%。

【消息称粤港澳大湾区规划纲要最快于2月18日公布】

2月17日,据香港电台消息,粤港澳大湾区规划纲要预料最快2月18日下午公布。消息称,规划纲要中涉及多方面的发展,包括金融、创科、青年及环保等范畴。香港政制及内地事务局局长聂德权表示:“规划纲要只是方向性文件,勾划不同范畴中的发展方向,未必有具体政策和措施,但是三地政府和中央可以透过优势互补,落实大湾区的经济多元化发展,与国际接轨。”
