Difficulté à réaliser une configuration à forte probabilité

Pourquoi ai-je l'impression que chaque fois que j'essaie d'attendre patiemment une configuration à forte probabilité, le marché ignore complètement mon plan, stagne pendant des heures, puis explose soudainement dans une direction dès que je détourne le regard, me faisant rater le point d'entrée idéal ?

Lorsque je tente enfin d'entrer en position lors d'un repli, le prix se retourne immédiatement contre moi, me force à sortir de la position, puis repart dans ma direction initiale sans que je puisse intervenir. Ce cercle vicieux me donne l'impression d'être toujours du mauvais côté du marché, et cette situation me pousse à me demander si je choisis les mauvaises unités de temps, si j'attends trop ou pas assez, si mon analyse est erronée, ou si je ne comprends tout simplement pas le rythme naturel du marché. Car il semble que dès que je détourne le regard du graphique, c'est précisément à ce moment-là que tout bouge. Pourtant, lorsque je fixe l'écran intensément pendant des heures, le marché se fige et devient inerte, me laissant épuisé, frustré et avec l'impression que le marché s'en prend personnellement à moi, comme s'il savait quand je le regarde et agissait intentionnellement en mon absence.

Bien sûr, je sais que ce n'est pas possible, mais émotionnellement, c'est ce que je ressens, et je commence à me demander s'il existe une compétence ou une intuition particulière que les traders expérimentés utilisent pour anticiper les mouvements du marché, ou s'ils ont simplement plus de patience, plus de temps passé devant les écrans, un meilleur sens du timing ou une compréhension plus profonde des cycles de volatilité. Car honnêtement, j'ai l'impression de toujours rater l'action, de toujours réagir trop tard et d'entrer toujours en position lorsque le mouvement est déjà terminé. Alors, comment puis-je sortir de ce cycle douloureux où j'ai constamment l'impression que le marché ne bouge que lorsque je ne suis pas prêt ?
