I did baby pips then some fxbootcamp. I have read Wayne's (fxbootcamp) book also, it's a great read. I listened to a lot of podcasts, I found naked Forex to be good. There is an interview there with James Kensington that I really enjoyed and took a lot from. Then, demo after demo account until consistantly profitable (I ran 6 profitable demo accounts ranging in size from 50k to $200 simultaneously before I went live). I still now run 4 demo accounts, because they are fun, and 2 live accounts which are all doing fine.

Demo account is very useful to test the things written on the book.
